Pool Closure

Good Afternoon Everyone!

I have some good news –  the pool by the office is now open for use! J

Now for some not so good news – the pool by the Kid’s Clubhouse is currently experiencing some mechanical issues and the pump is malfunctioning. Unfortunately, until the issue can be rectified the pool will have to be closed. The contractor will be coming to look at the pool this weekend, and hopefully the problem can be fixed with minimal down time.

I understand that only having one pool operational isn’t ideal (especially with the warm summer weather finally here), however we are working to resolve the issues as best and as fast as we can. We really do appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve the issue. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact the office.

Kind Regards,

Jasmine

Melody Bay Dock and Boat System

Good Afternoon Everyone!

As most of you know, we seem to be experiencing some dock organization issues as we have customers parking in docks that do not belong to them; this then creates a ripple effect, which results in complete disorganization at the docks. It is very important that if you rent a dock here at Melody Bay, you park in the dock that was assigned to you. If you are unsure what your dock assignment is, the dock map with the dock assignments is posted in both the Resort Office, and now also in the Lounge – I have also attached it to this email for your convenience. If there is an issue with your current dock assignment, please contact the office so that we can find you a more suitable dock slip – do not just park wherever.

In an effort to better track boats and dock usage here at Melody Bay, we are rolling out a new boat and dock system that will provide the Resort Office and staff with the necessary information needed to audit the docks and boats that are on-site. Our hopes are that with a more organized boat and dock system, we can avoid customers parking boats in other customers’ dock slips and will help us weed out any customers who are using the docks without paying.

As such, please see the attached Boat Information Form (also available in the Lounge)– all customers who either rent a dock at Melody Bay, or have a boat stored here are required to complete the attached form. Once completed, please return the form to the Resort Office as soon as possible. I would like to have all Boat Information Forms submitted to the office by July 20th, 2019. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the new Boat Information form, please contact the resort office.

If you do not have a boat stored or docked here at Melody Bay you may disregard this message.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation. J

Kind Regards,

Jasmine
